Created in 2007 by Alexandre de Roany, a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (1986), whose career took him to many countries (France, USA, Japan, Korea, Australia, Singapore, Switzerland, England) where he was in charge of subsidiaries of international restaurant companies. He then took over the directorship of several Relais & Chateaux in France, adapting and creating proven methods for sustainable improvements to their performance.
He has worked with many 1, 2 & 3 * Michelin and top Gault & Millau Restaurants. His passion and knowledge for food and cooking is equal to his empathy and respect for staff.
All throughout his career he has been managing up to thousands of people, measuring every day and all over the world the importance of recruiting the right people.
